What is Dynamic Credit on the Numarqe Platform?

We understand that your credit needs can change, which is why our credit is dynamic. Your dedicated Account Manager can easily facilitate a temporary credit limit increase for a particular month or project. And if you're travelling or working with international suppliers, you can instantly allocate a portion of your credit line to a different currency, such as GBP, EUR or USD, within the platform without needing to apply for a new card. We can also tailor our repayment terms to support your cashflow needs throughout your working capital cycle.

There is no limit to the number of users on the platform.

How many credit cards can I issue on the Numarqe platform?

There is no limit to the number of credit cards issued on the platform.

What support will I get once you are a customer?

Every Numarqe customer is assigned an Account Manager (ACM). Numarqe ACMs are there to serve your needs. We provide regular check-ins so you can get the most out of the Numarqe product. Our ACMs learn about your business and feed this information back to the broader organisation so we can build you the very best products for your needs.

What is a Numarqe Account Manager (ACM)?

Numarqe Account Managers ensure that you get the most out of your credit line and the Numarqe credit platform. If you have any questions, want to change your limits, or require training or assistance rolling out NUMARQE to your entire company, you have direct contact precisely when you need them.

How long does it take to onboard onto the Numarqe Platform?

Onboarding your company, setting up employee cards, and enabling spending can all take 15-20 minutes, depending on the complexity of your organisation.

Your dedicated Account Manager will guide you through every step, offer training for you and your team, and share best practices to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
